A.R.G.U.S was among the various organizations involved in with the collection of Paragon's organs, particular facing off with Spyral. During the attempted collection of Paragon's heart, they sent of a EMP wave that sent Agent 37, Matron, and Midnighter crashing into the Empty Quarter in Saudi Arabia. Grayson #6

While losing the Heart eventually, an agent of A.R.G.U.S was also killed, in which the agent's death along with others prompted the current Director of Spyral to investigate after being alerted by members of a secret group in which attempts to prevent a war between spy organizations due to Spyral's supposed aggressive actions.
