Lady Eve is a high ranking terrorist of the immensely powerful cult known as Kobra Cult and the right-hand servant of Kobra. [1]

Better than Batman[]
Having found herself in battle with both the Parliment of Owls and also the hero Nightwing, Lady Eve hires Raptor to act as a double agent for the Parliment in order to get revenge for stealing their technology in exchanged for gold. This also included rigging the Book of Wisdom copy to ensure all the names of the members of the Parliment found by Spyral are also known to Kobra.[2] She later meets Raptor, who had ensured the knowledge from the Book of Wisdom and the names of the members of the Parliment of Owls. Paying the other as part of her own bargain, she asked Raptor of his intentions should Nightwing found out about his betrayal with the other reassuring he has the other "wrapped around" his fingers.[2]
Rise of Raptor[]
Seeking revenge on Nightwing for his recent campaign against the Kobra Cult, Lady Eve has Kobra use Dr. Destiny's residual powers to steal information from his mind while promising Destiny to restore him with the dreamstone. Despite her efforts, Nightwing and Superman foil the plot.[3]
