Ninel Dubov is a normal citizen who was a meta bio-weapon that housed one of Paragon's organ within his body until it was taken out of him by Spyral.[1]
History[]
Ninel is on a date with a beautiful woman and enjoys his time with her. During the date, he is seemingly nervous and reveals to his date that she was pretty and he's been alone for some time. His date is interrupted by Agent 37 and he is knocked out as a result. After awakening and the agent using hypnos to convince him they're friends, he follows him to a nuclear silo and is tranquilized by The Midnighter. When he awakens, he attacks the Midnighter and blasts him out of the silo out of respect for his "friend", Agent 37. However, having overheard Midnighter reveal the spy intended to manipulate him, he questions him on that and when the agent confirms him and insults him, he releases power blasts in which later incapacitates him. According to Mister Minos, they were successful in extracting Paragon's organ from him and is due to be dropped off at a hotel in Souchi.[1]
